We request booking your party a minimum of 1 month in advance. A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required.Summer months are in top demand, and we often book months in advance. Dates are secured on a first come first served basis and are based upon receipt of deposit. Bookings will be confirmed when deposit is received. We need a fairly small, safe and preferably enclosed area on flat ground. We can work in a garage if necessary.
We do clean up any "pony residuals" and are respectful of your property.
We ask that you help provide safety by keeping all other domesticated animals that may be a part of your family away from the pony activities.
Please be prepared to have at least 1 adult available to supervise guests while rides are taking place. Very small children may require additional parental assistance during ride.
Our ponies have a weight limit of 70 lbs and are perfect for children ages 2 to approx 9 years old.
Parent/ Guardian signatures are required for each child to ride. If parents are not going to stay with their child at your party, please let us know and we can send forms ahead of time for parents to sign.
Parking : please prepare a place to park near your event. Our transportation requires an area the length of approx 2 & 1/2 full sized trucks.

Party at the Ranch
We offer parties in our indoor 60' X 120' Arena for an additional fee. All Arena rentals are offered only in conjunction with a Dazzling Pony pony party. This offer is perfect for larger gatherings. In addition to plentiful parking, patrons will have access to a portion of our 15 stall stables, isle way, and Cowboy Kindergarten classroom. In addition, tables, chairs, and hay bales for seating are available for rental upon request. Call us for availability, terms of use, and deposit and booking information.

Public Festival Events
These events require more extensive planning, and are offered on a case by case basis. It is important that we work closely with facilities and property owners to ensure a safe environment and pleasant riding experience. Public events include fund raisers, Summer festivals, Winter festivals, and any event that is offered off of public grounds to the general public. Most reservations for these events are made in the beginning of the year.

An adult family member or members accompany one child to the ranch for the day. The day includes activities such as helping with chores, feeding your pony, grooming and getting acquainted, a private lesson and pony ride, and a tour of the farm, gathering eggs in the hen house, and feeding the goats and ducks. Activities will vary according to the age, skill level and attention span of the child. Time on the farm averages approximately 2-2&1/2 hours. Gift Certificates are available and are great for stocking stuffers, Christmas gifts, and birthday presents. This is a great way to give the gift of a pony without the planning of a party.
